The Blackout Fitness is about changing lives. I love pushing my clients to their limits and transforming their bodies using custom programming and quality nutritional education. My goal is to have a positive impact on as many people as I can, by way of fitness, dietary education and instilling healthy habits. A healthy body means nothing without a healthy mind, so I encourage sustainable changes over time and not trendy crash dieting. My clients get results that last a lifetime, and this is what gives me the drive to do what I do day in and day out. This is why I created The Blackout Fitness.
